Our flat Rate does not include our extra or hourly services. Our maids are instructed to take a look at the apartment or house before the service begins. We happen to sometimes find homes messier than normal. We reserve the right to adjust the rate accordingly.
Flat Rates does not include the following services:
- Office Cleaning
- Interior Windows
- Deep Cleaning – Baseboard (we do offer a baseboard cleaning on our flat rate! This is for baseboards that have not been cleaned for a while).
- Dishwashing
- Organizing
- Inside Cabinets
- Inside Closets
- Events / Parties
Warranty
If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll offer a free re-clean of areas we missed during our prior cleaning. In case of you are not satisfied with our re-clean, you can have a full refund.
Our warranty does not apply if:
- You have previously approved our service.
Schedule
Our arrival time can be changed previously due traffic or other unexpected situation.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations prior 24 hours of arrival time, we do not charge fee.
For cancellations within 24 hours of arrival time, we charge a $60 fee.
In case of client no-show or our employees lock-out for any reason (keys are not there, doorman not allowing the entrance) , we also charge a $60 fee.
