Our flat rate covers only the standard cleaning services and does not include any additional or hourly services. Prior to beginning the cleaning, our cleaners will assess the condition of your apartment or house. In some cases, we may encounter homes that require additional cleaning due to excessive messiness or clutter. In such instances, we reserve the right to adjust the rate accordingly to reflect the additional cleaning time and effort required to achieve the desired results.
